| Fiberglass has a poor memory!
Pressure on it for an extended period of time will distort
it slightly. While you won't be able to feel it, the distortion will
be visible in a good paint job. E.R.A. has
taken the stress off the outside body. High temperature
tooling resin is used throughout, even in the invisible inner panels. Heat
distortion is even less than with vinylester.
Note that the inner panels are bonded only onto the return edges of the outside skin. We gasket the areas between the inner panels and the outside body to seal them. |
